Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you must return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To begin, open your order confirmation email, click “Track Order” and follow the return steps provided. If your return is approved, you will receive an email with the address and instructions for sending the item back.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or Gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
